Service Description
A private session for those starting Woodfield infants school's reception class in September. A play session 6th July 2 till 3.30pm price is per adult and includes up to 2 children - welcome to bring a partner or friend but book their space too please. Siblings welcome (2 are included any additional are £1 each regardless of age.) Please bear in mind if bringing older children -our set up is suitable for under 6s. set up will be a mix of soft and free play equipment (more than pictured- this is just an example for booking purposes) to suit an active bunch of 4 year olds and will be a nut free setting to accommodate known allergies. numbers are limited as with siblings attending too it can get crowded- if we need to we can host a second session- in pervious year 1 has been enough- if you can attend without siblings i'd recommend doing so. Its an opportunity to get to know the parents of the children that will be at school with your child as well as an opportunity for the children to make friends before they start school. if any other school would like a private session drop me a message!

Cancellation Policy
Circumstances happen and sometimes you may need to cancel, however to ensure people can book any cancellation slots we need to give them notice so will be capping this at 7 days before, If you need to cancel after this time the fee is non-refundable however you can offer the spot up on Woodfield tots forum on Facebook they can pay you for your place or contact Beth for assistance with filling the slot as there could sometimes be a waiting list- though this cannot be guaranteed. - Please let us know if another person is taking you place or they may be turned away.
