The Answers You Need

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH WOODFIELD TOTS?

If for any reason you are not happy with something at the session, we are both very approachable - just tell us, or drop it in a message we will do our best to sort what ever the issue is where possible, or we will take suggestions in to consideration where possible.

WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING WITH THE CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC?

All equipment is being fully cleaned and sanitised ahead of every session in a child safe sanitising solution, we ask that all parents/carers use their own wits and do not attend if either they or their children are feeling ill in any way.

Everyone will be asked to sanitise their hands on arrival and on leaving and where possible during the session, and to wash their hands often throughout the session.

We will be operating social distancing where possible and ask that you wear a face covering of some kind unless drinking or eating, a safe distance apart.

At present you may be asked to bring your own travel mug and take it away with you so that we can minimise contact where possible, don't panic if you don't have one, we have a back up plan in place. Snacks will be provided, operating using CV-19 safe procedures wearing masks and gloves to produce and put out the food.

We will also be providing a site QR code we request that this be scanned on arrival, where possible, however we will also keep records of attendees for 14 days so that you can be alerted should the worst case scenario occur where we will need to contact you to ask you to self isolate.

Any toys that cannot be thoroughly cleaned will not be used at this current time.

DO I HAVE TO ATTEND A WHOLE SESSION RIGHT FROM THE START?

Not at all!

You pre-book and prepay for the session currently so that we can ensure that we stay within the number limit set by the government, when you attend and how long you stay for is completely up to you.

If it is a messy play session, I would make every effort to be there at the start personally - where possible purely because seeing the set up before it is destroyed is part of the fun!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT ATTEND AFTER I HAVE BOOKED A SESSION?

As with all children and life, we understand things happen. This is partly why session bookings will not open until 7 days before the session.

If you or your child/children take ill or show COVID symptoms or come into contact with someone who does ahead of the session, we will not be able to refund your space as we are currently operating on non profit, however please try to fill the space yourself so you don't lose out - by advertising on the Woodfield tots forum on facebook - and make sure we are informed of any changes to prevent the new attendees from being turned away at the doors.

if you cannot do that we will try to help you by advertising the cancellations on your behalf where possible.
