Service Description

This is a special messy play session under UV Blacklight, suitable for all ages 0-4 (0-5 in holidays) but recommend participants from approx 5-6 months.. Spaces are per adult and not per child- each adult space includes up to 2 children 0-4 Additional children are extra ( - book under additional children) ingredients used are all taste safe and allergy appropriate for those booked in for that session as long as all ages and allergies are recorded when booking. Please ensure you wear old clothes as we cannot promise ingredients won't stain clothes, and will not be held liable if this happens. Please bring a towel and a change of clothes for all that attend- just in case- too. If you want to bring another adult or sibling over 5 please book their own spaces - the £7 covers 1 adult (or over 5) and up to 2 children 0-4 (including babes in arms) additional children 0-5 is £1 each. When booking the "participants" is the number of adults (over 5) (5 is during term holidays and weekend dates)

Cancellation Policy

Please note all bookings are per adult not per child- each adult booking includes up to 2 children 0-4- additional adults can attend however must book their own space. We cap our sessions at 15 adults to keep the session from becoming overwhelming to all. Circumstances happen and sometimes you may need to cancel, however to ensure people can book any cancellation slots we need to give them notice so will be capping this at 7 days before, If you need to cancel after this time the fee is non-refundable- however, you can offer the spot up on Woodfield tots forum on Facebook they can pay you for your place or contact Beth for assistance with possibly filling the slot as there could sometimes be a waiting list- though this cannot be guaranteed. - Please let us know if another person is taking you place or they may be turned away.
