For booking additional children (3rd +)
This booking option is for the 3rd + child/ren not to be used to book session spots
Service Description
If you wish to attend with more than the 2 children included in the session price please add each further child to your booking using this option (max 5 additional per adult though numbers are capped at 10 additional children in total per session so it is dependent on availability due to hall size) Booking this session in error without booking an actual space or when a session is full will not guarantee your space.

Cancellation Policy
Circumstances happen and sometimes you may need to cancel, however to ensure people can book any cancellation slots we need to give them notice so will be capping this at 7 days before, If you need to cancel after this time the fee is non-refundable however you can offer the spot up on Woodfield tots forum on Facebook they can pay you for your place or contact Beth for assistance with filling the slot as there could sometimes be a waiting list- though this cannot be guaranteed. - Please let us know if another person is taking you place or they may be turned away.
