Messy Play Party at Cam Youth & CC

Service Description

Fancy a Messy Play party or private session, let us take the stress out of hiring both the hall and entertainment we handle both at Cam youth and community centre! The hall hire is £50 for either 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm you need an hour to set up, and an hour to clean up leaving 2 hours for your party- however further hours can be added for £10 an hour. The messy play set up of 9 trays - with a choice of theme (within reason) or let me pick for you! - £90 choose to add a cake smash tray - £20 extra Choose to have a Tots leader supporting your party (we can encourage participation, and mess and top up any trays if they happen to run low, and clean up any hazardous spills and assist with any issues that could arise (plus we're first aid trained) and take all your photos for you so you can concentrate on having fun!) £10 per hour of the actual party- so a 2 hour party= £20 extra so if you want the full shebang for 2 hours it would be £180, 3 hours would be £190. If you just want the hall hire and Tray set up - nothing else for 2 hours that would be £140, 3 Hours £150. We set up the trays and provide anything needed within the tray area and the CD player for music and depending on theme we may have decorations you can use. You provide your own food and drink. We ask that you help us with the floor clear up just so we can get out of the hall within the hour! (ignore the cancellation policy below that only applies to sessions) Due to the preparation involved with planning a messy play party there will be a £20 non-refundable deposit required to secure the booking, if a cancellation is required due to illness we will consider postponing the party to a later date so you don't lose your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Circumstances happen and sometimes you may need to cancel, however to ensure people can book any cancellation slots we need to give them notice so will be capping this at 7 days before, If you need to cancel after this time the fee is non-refundable however you can offer the spot up on Woodfield tots forum on Facebook they can pay you for your place or contact Beth for assistance with filling the slot as there could sometimes be a waiting list- though this cannot be guaranteed. - Please let us know if another person is taking you place or they may be turned away.
