Messy Play event at any other venue

Service Description

Fancy a Messy Play party or private session at a venue of your choice- we can come to you! Hall hire is not included- you need to arrange this yourself- plus ensure the hall will allow you to have a messy play party as not all venues will! You need to allow an hour to set up, and an hour and a half to clean up leaving 1.5 hours for your party- If you choose to add further hours that is up to you The messy play set up of 9 trays - with a choice of theme (within reason) or let me pick for you! - £160 choose to add a cake smash tray - £20 extra sweet cones can be supplied at £1 each. At least 1 Tots leader will be present for the duration we encourage participation, and mess and top up any trays if they happen to run low, and clean up any hazardous spills and assist with any issues that could arise (plus we're first aid trained) and we take all your photos for you so you can concentrate on having fun! - this is included in the price. We set up the trays and provide anything needed within the tray area including a few balloons, you provide your own Venue, Music, decorations outside the tray area and food and drink. All we ask is that you help us with the floor clear up at the end just so we can get out of the hired hall within this hired time- if you don't wish to help us clear up then add another £20 so we can cover the cost of paying someone to support us for the duration. Due to the preparation involved with planning a messy play party there will be a £20 non-refundable deposit required to secure the booking, if a cancellation is required due to illness we will consider postponing the party to a later date so you don't lose your deposit. Payments for parties are due in full a month before. (Please ignore the cancellation policy below it applies to our sessions)

Cancellation Policy

Circumstances happen and sometimes you may need to cancel, however to ensure people can book any cancellation slots we need to give them notice so will be capping this at 7 days before, If you need to cancel after this time the fee is non-refundable however you can offer the spot up on Woodfield tots forum on Facebook they can pay you for your place or contact Beth for assistance with filling the slot as there could sometimes be a waiting list- though this cannot be guaranteed. - Please let us know if another person is taking you place or they may be turned away.
