Christmas dinner, kids style and a Christmas play session to match for 0-8s
Service Description
We've not run a twilight session this year, as it was just too much to do alone.. but we are back just for our annual Christmas dinner for the kids, and a play session alongside.. Yes you can join us even if the kids don't need to eat.. It's a chance to burn off any excess energy at the end of the day. Instead of snacks we'll supply a simple Christmas themed supper about 4-4.30pm depending on numbers booking, we. Won't be able to accommodate gluten free this time round. With shortbread/gingerbread pudding to decorate! Price is per adult and includes up to 2 children 0-7 (including babes in arms under 6 months) dinner for the children and hot drinks and biscuits for the adults -additional adults can attend but must book their own space. Spaces booked by Friday 12th Dec will also include a small Christmas gift. Activities will be set up according to ages booked in, all ages 0-8 welcome and we'll be playing something festive on the big screen too. Limited spaces available book asap!

Cancellation Policy
Circumstances happen and sometimes you may need to cancel, however to ensure people can book any cancellation slots we need to give them notice so will be capping this at 7 days before, If you need to cancel after this time the fee is non-refundable however you can offer the spot up on Woodfield tots forum on Facebook they can pay you for your place or contact Beth for assistance with filling the slot as there could sometimes be a waiting list- though this cannot be guaranteed. - Please let us know if another person is taking you place or they may be turned away.
